Return & Refund Policy
Every item in our store is made just for you, printed and produced only after you place your order. Because of this, we're not able to accept returns for reasons like sizing, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item. Please double-check size charts and product details before ordering.
That said, if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right, always.
Damages, Defects & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@currentlyparenting.com
To help us resolve it quickly, please include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the item showing the issue
A photo of the shipping label or packaging (for damaged items)
You do not need to mail the item back to us. Once we receive your photos and review your request, we typically process approved replacement or refund requests within 3–5 business days. Replacement orders will then be shipped according to our standard shipping times.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are custom-made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size or color ordered, please check our size chart carefully before purchasing, as we're unable to offer replacements or refunds for sizing errors once an order is placed
Change of mind or buyer's remorse
Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
Since items are produced on demand, we don't process traditional exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size or want a different variant, place a new order, and if your original item arrived defective, we'll cover the cost of the replacement.
Refunds
Once your replacement or refund request is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
